an experience in Property Management preferred. Ability to multitask and work well under high pressure situations. Strong computer skills ,document composition and file maintenance a must. General bookkeeping skills. Expert phone etiquette and writing skills. Applicant must be bondable a clean background with no prior evictions or bad credit on report. Must have the ability to lead and work independently with multi staff and contractors to coordinate organize and finish task completion. This position will require between 1 to 30 hours office time and approximately 10 hours of field time showing property to prospects or tenants. On call status will be required on some weekends. Must have Dependable transportation clean driving records are a must excellent growth potential paid vacation. We are looking for a smart level-headed problem-solving property manager.
