Project Manager/ Superintendent / Foreman
Keep abreast of active construction solicitations
Perform cost estimates on bid solicitation.Â
Able and have experience reading plans.
Develop, update and monitor job progress using Work in Progress (WIP) method, including scheduling,
estimating and budgeting to ensure that projects are being performed in accordance with schedule.Â
Purchase and coordinate the delivery of certain materials for the project(s) ensuring optimum prices,
quality and conformance to specifications and budget.Â
Coordinate invoicing and change orders with management and customer.
Negotiate with vendors on specific tasks considering the whole scope. Â
Review customer and subcontractor drawings for construction projects. Â
Coordinate job site set-ups and preparation of for project commencement in accordance with the
requirements and hands on work as required by project.
Prepare reports for customers as stated in the contract and attend meetings periodic meeting.
Prepare and maintain specific project files and keep abreast of all costs.
Communicate effectively with customerÂand subcontractors.
Compliance with safety rules and regulations. Â

High School Degree or higher, and experience in construction field a minimum of two years.
Able to read plans and make adjustments when changes occur.
Candidates with experience in performing government contracts have an advantage.
Competitive compensation package. Willingness to be compensated on percentage of project completion.
Ability to earn annually more than national average for this position.
