We remodel existing apartment units and are looking for construction pros with 3+ years of experience who can handle multiple different types of work on the job site. Employees demo parts of existing units, load and unload deliveries, repair sub floors, do light carpentry, install doors and jambs, paint, repair drywall amongst other things.
• Residential or commercial remodeling experience desired
• Must work well with existing team and be able to move from one task to another seamlessly.
• Reliable transportation to and from job site is a must.
• Pay range is $16-20 per hour full time hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
• Job site is on Versailles Rd in Lexington.
• Background check and drug screening required.
