We are a thriving repossession company looking for Recovery Agents in Lexington and Louisville
We are seeking reliable and self-motivated individuals. This is an excellent position for anyone who has a strong desire to obtain a career in the professional recovery and repossession field. Agents generate between $600 -1500.00 + per week. The smarter you work, the more you make. We are Imperial Recovery Agency, a 60-year old, repossession agency with offices throughout the state of Kentucky with the leading technology in our industry, and, space thanks to our growing business, we are looking to add new team members.
We are now hiring full-time and weekend Recovery Agents. In these positions, you will drive a company-issued wrecker in designated areas and locate vehicles that are subject to repossession, you must have experience driving a wrecker. You may have to interact with customers and you will physically repossess the vehicle.
THIS IS A RECOVERY AGENT POSITION .
Applicants must:
Have good communication skills and not afraid to speak to strangers in a respectful manner
Active listening; Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times, be able to gather information
Have computer/tablets, skills and know how to email
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be able to identify all types of vehicles
Well-presented and groomed.
Have a clean driving record
Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
