Haynes Martial Arts in Clarksville, IN is looking for one assistant manager in our After School & Summer Camp program to join our 22 person strong team. Must LOVE working with children! We are located on 757 E. Lewis And Clark Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.Responsibilities Must love kids and work well with children and their parents Responsible for weekly snack and activity planning Responsible for transportation, care of vehicles (fuel and cleanliness) Hold team accountable for their performance Ensure team provides friendly, and accurate service Ensure quality, cleanliness, and security standards are met Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents Maintain a clean and sterile environment Drive a 15 passenger van to pick up children from area schools Previous childcare experience a plus Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, bend and stand Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused business Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents Maintain a clean and sterile environment Drive a 15 passenger van to pick up children from area schools We are looking forward to receiving your application.
