Yum! Brands is seeking an Infrastructure Data Steward to join our team of IT professionals supporting Yum's IT Shared Services initiatives and ongoing new solution implementations. This position is for full-time employment including a comprehensive benefits package.

Role Description:

As an Infrastructure Data Steward, the candidate joining the Enterprise Architecture team and will be working with our internal IT teams to collect, collate, and evaluate issues and problems with IT infrastructure focused data. This role is accountable for the quality of the data, the data steward must also manage standard business definitions and metadata for critical data elements associated with existing business processes such as but not limited to:

• Physical asset lease lifecycle management
• Software/contract renewal management
• Cloud metadata/tagging for financial billing
• Configuration Item data in terms of application dependency mapping
• Application portfolio master data elements such as versioning, software dependency, and end of life/support dates.

This position will communicate issues and other relevant information to team members who are able to influence remediation.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years of general IT infrastructure, procurement, or application data experience
• 1+ year of experience with database query languages - SQL Server preferred
• Strong technical documentation skills such as data modelling, business process modelling, and dependency mapping.
• Experience with reporting technologies such as PowerBI or ServiceNow Report Engine
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management, and Application Portfolio Management is preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Team player with good communication skills, and a passion to try new things
