An employer in the Louisville, KY area is looking for a Cisco Certified Network Engineer for a full time role. This candidate will be responsible for understanding the end clients networks, environments, firewalls, etc. and supporting those environments by making recommendations for proactive upgrades, providing day to day support and services, and above all else being the go to person for that client. The candidate will be responsible for providing a white glove service, and ensuring the end client is well supported in all their networking needs. This candidate will work alongside a team of Network Engineers, and have the ability to learn and grow in the role.
Any experience utilizing AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud or GCP
Any experience with data visualization tools to ensure clients have a virtual understanding of services/need
At least 3-5 years of experience working with Cisco shop products (Rout and Switches) and Cisco certified
At least 3-5 years of experience working with a variety of firewalls (will be working with multiple clients so an understanding of 2-3 different firewalls is necessary)
At least 2-3 years of experience working with clients, in a client facing role, or working with VP, C-suite
