Job Description:


The .Net Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The .Net Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The .Net Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Five+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure

  • Experience with agile teams and Scrum

  • Experience with ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, VB Script, NPM, Node.js, HTML 5, HTTP, REST, CSS, SQL, NoSQL and web storage

  • Experience with UI & UX design, prototypes, scalability, etc.

  • Experience writing headless REST API

  • Experience with .NET, MVC, and Automated Build Processes

  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, PCF, AWS, etc.).

  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Object Oriented Principles, Design Patterns, and Continuous Improvement Processes


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

  • Working knowledge of .NET Core, Web API 2, Microservices, Sitecore, GIT, GITHub, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps

  • Experience with CheckMarx, SecAPI, LaunchDarkly, and automated test tools

  • Experience using Helix, Service Oriented Helix Architecture (SOHA), feature flags, and Fast Health Interoperability Resources (FHIR)

  • Development experience using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), NuGet Packages, Content Management Systems, JQuery, XML, JSON, and Dependency Injection
