RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities:
Devise measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiative
Identify and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas
Network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud), and business transactions performance
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required
Six Sigma Certified
3-5 years of technical experience
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Knowledge of SQL
Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
