RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Louisville, KY.
Summary:
This consultant creates metrics to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiatives. This individual will develop and maintain balanced scorecards and dashboards and evaluate and monitor performance in IT-related areas. This may include network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud) and business transactions performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of technical experience
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
CBAP or Six Sigma Certified
Knowledge of Call Centers or Contact Centers
Knowledge of Genesys Vendor
Knowledge of SQL
Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
