RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Louisville, KY. This resource will communicate with business and IT teams to formulate a strategy that aligns with the needs of the organization. They will provide a detailed requirements analysis and document the process and standards. This consultant will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of technical experience
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Certified
Knowledge of SQL
Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
