RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Buisness Analyst in Louisville, KY.
Summary:
The IT Business Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The IT Business Analyst creates metrics and goals to optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and initiatives. They develop and maintain balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluate and monitor performance. This role includes network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud), and business transactions performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of technical experience
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
