With this exciting opportunity in a high growth focused environment, you will lead a team and liaise with business leaders throughout the organization in several facets. This role will support marketing transformation with execution of key campaigns and digital marketing activities. As the owner of core campaigns, you will work with the team to define go-to-market, marketing mix, personas and the customer decision journey and manage the campaign end-to-end including measuring impact of end user activities. You will be responsible for measuring and analyzing tactical KPIs such as email open and conversion rates, social engagement as well as strategic KPIs such as marketing generated revenue and ROMI. Expect to leverage your channel marketing experience to promote incremental growth with our distributor partners and direct dealer customer base while promoting the portfolio in vertical markets. You will work directly with the Offering Management team to develop, execute, and track launch campaigns for each new product introduction and present updates regularly to the Leadership Team. Position Responsibilities:

30% - Work with the regional Sales team and Offering Management team to develop content, messaging and presentations to be used with different customers, direct dealers, distributors and end users to promote our portfolio across the channel and in specific profitable verticals.

20% - Develop and drive campaigns and digital marketing activities to promote the portfolio in the different channels and verticals: Define and execute New Product Introduction campaigns identifying target customers and developing digital activities and actions across the channel and key verticals to accelerate the product introduction and market awareness. Create digital marketing and (Lead to Revenue) L2R plans for campaigns, product launches, and events. Integrate campaigns with digital properties and the L2R model

20% - Understand and analyze the portfolio success in the channel driving marketing activities to increase awareness and top line results: Entertain a proper product life cycle management in North America including timely introduction of new products into the markets and driving the input into the portfolio management process (SIOP)

15% - Analyze, calculate and report on business data, demonstrating business impact of Marketing activities (e.g. Return on Marketing Investment including: By business / by region KPIs such as MQL, SAL, SQL, Marketing Generated Pipeline, Marketing Generated Revenue for end user and channel activities)

10% - Lead the territory customer marketing team to build an intimate understanding of the local customers and market dynamics of the commercial security market place: Drive Lead Gen goals by identifying opportunities and coordinating resources and Partner with Content and Social Media peers to increase positive social mentions and obtain a leading share of voice

5% - Regularly meet with customers and attend regional Honeywell and relevant industry events

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree

6 years experience in channel marketing, customer marketing, marcom or offering management in B2B environment

WE VALUE

Experience executing strategies through global sales forces is a plus

Bachelors degree in any marketing discipline preferred

Deep understanding of entire digital marketing mix and tactics and how to align with business growth targets and marketing automation processes is preferred

Proven track record in delivering measured results through planning, managing, executing broad based digital initiatives

Experienced in Power Point, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo and SFDC
