10 to 15 years of overall IT experience in implementing full lifecycle enterprise projects.
At least 5 years of architecting Salesforce.com solution experience as well as experience in systems integration environments with large, complex third party solutions coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other applications within the overall technology environment and data migrations
A minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of all solutions on the Salesforce platform proactively design and implement innovative solutions that leverage standard Salesforce capabilities to improve overall capabilities and performance of Salesforce
Collaborate with Business Analyst to prioritize, groom, add technical design to user stories and finalize sprint backlog
Groom user stories by working closely with Technical Lead to come up with overall solution design
Direct and assign work to Technical Lead and review design and clarify questions from Technical lead on overall solution
Participate in grooming and other Sprint ceremonies
Lead integration discussion and meetings to come up with technical solution
Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to the offshore senior and junior developers
Represent team and lead architectural review meeting
Estimate the agile user stories and provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories to developers/Technical Lead
Ensure solution meets platform best practices
Understanding the integration of systems & data migration activities
Evaluate and recommend best integration options that meet business requirements
Lead DevOps implementation for development using Copado
Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
Communicate development status on a regular basis to Program Manager and other stakeholders, escalating any identified risks
