This role will plan, direct, and manage the delivery of marketing plans and processes toward the accomplishment of overall credit union objectives.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Essential Functions & Responsibilities:While meeting the service standards for the credit union, direct and execute the daily workflow and operations for marketing and promotional activities in the department. Will participate in and oversee the marketing process from concept to completion; works with stakeholders to establish needs, present options, and define final objectives for content, timelines, etc.; manage the annual promotional calendar for the Credit Union across all business lines. Work directly with marketing vendors/agencies establishing and monitoring scope of work, timelines and delivery. Enhance brand awareness, brand identity, and position, maintaining consistency throughout all marketing activities.Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches. Conduct market research and make recommendations for product/service modifications or improvements. Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products. Maintain knowledge of marketing techniques and emerging trends as well as competitor products/services, delivery methods, etc. Make recommendations to improve processes for better efficiency, productivity, or to achieve better results.Oversee implementation of all internal and external communications including website, social media, email, SMS, print and digital ads, press releases, and employee communications. Report on credit union milestones and achievements, announce awards granted to the credit union or its employees, etc.Promote and attend special events and functions.
