Sarino, an authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Germantown, is looking for hardworking, outgoing and professional bartenders and a lead bartender/bar manager to join our team! We are looking for individuals with bartending experience and good craft cocktail and wine background. You must have previous, relevant bartending and restaurant experience. Ability to memorize specs of all classic and house cocktails, as well as execute using jiggers is a must. Nothing fancy, just a skilled bartender to make quality drinks based on our standards. Additionally, you should be able to multi-task and think on your feet, and have the ability to wait tables in addition to being in a well. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, wine and people. Teamwork is essential. All candidates MUST have open availability (evenings and weekends).
