Louisville Country Club is getting ready for another exciting season. We are a private club that serves an upscale membership. We are looking for a Food Runner/Expediter to join our team. Must be 18+ years old and have an outgoing personality. Need the ability to work under pressure in this busy and fast paced environment. Organization and good interpersonal skills are a necessity. We offer a generous hourly wage plus guaranteed 18% gratuity on all carry-out orders. The right candidate must have evenings and weekend availability. Typical Hours Thursday-Saturday 5:30pm-9:00pm
Sunday 10:30-2:30, 5:30-9:30
Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds
Attention to detail a must
Must be able to carry up to 5 plates on a tray at a time
Upscale dining experience a plus
As the food runner you will be the first line of communication between the kitchen and FOH. You will be responsible for insuring all food makes it to the tables in a quick and efficient manor, insuring everything is correctly plated and presented to the correct person who ordered it. You will communicate with service staff when food is to be ran and insure they are aware the food is served. Expo will also be responsible for taking, ringing and putting together all carry out orders, insuring that all carry out boxes and utensils are present before taking to member.
