Requirements:
-Proven cooking experience including experience as a line cook or prep cook.
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
-Be able to answer, report and follow chef's instructions.
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers requirements.
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
-Saturday & Sunday availability required.
