Grassa Gramma is seeking an experienced pasta maker and cook. We make our pasta fresh, every day from scratch and need a true artist!
Work schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm. Duties include fresh pasta, maraconi, gnocchi, tortellini, lasagna, and ravioli. Pasta chef will work under Chef de Cuisine.
