Small family owned business looking for prep person to work days (10am-4pm) 3 or 4 days a week. Must be punctual. Previous kitchen experience a plus. Will be preparing rubs and smoking meats, preparing appetizers, menu items (chili, slaw, sauces, etc.) by recipe, slicing meats, keeping preparation area clean and sanitary (including washing pans, equipment used and utensils). Will include weekend work. Responsible for keeping menu items at par stock. More hours available if any line cook experience.
