Distribution company seeks a professional individual with excellent communication skills for general office responsibilities including order processing, invoicing & A/R as well as experience assisting customers on the phone.
We are looking for an individual who is a team player with a friendly and courteous phone manner. Good organizational skills with attention to detail are required. Candidates must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office. A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are necessary for this position.
Part time 4-5 hours per day to start. Possibility for full-time for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
General office responsibilities such as order entry, invoicing, filing & A/R
Problem solving
Preparing and editing necessary correspondence
Diligent customer follow-up
