We are a small local company that manages several hundred single-family rental homes. Looking for someone to manage the administrative part of the business to assist the high energy owner who is very unorganized.
This is a permanent part-time position, $15 per hour. The ideal candidate would have computer knowledge, customer service skills, organized, dependable, QuickBooks experience and able to work in a fast-paced office independently to get the job done.
Below is a list of the duties, we will provide training :
post rental payments in QuickBooks
pay receivables timely
answer tenant telephone calls regarding billings, late payments, evictions, maintenance requests, etc.
complete legal forms for evictions
keep website updated
post available rental homes on craigslist and Zillow
compose tenant letters
maintain a clean office
Our office is located in a second-floor office condominium in Middletown. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 1 pm; we can be somewhat flexible. Dependable transportation needed to drive to the post office to pick up rental payments. Please reply with a resume or qualifications.
