A local AirBnB Property Management company is seeking Property Turnover Specialists to aide in maintaining our 20+ listings!

-Competitive pay! - $16/hr - opportunity for increases, we need to find the right team members! You will be paid as a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes. We cannot offer benefits at this time.
-Part time - 10-25 hrs per week are easily attainable
-Flexibility - Generally the work is Monday through Friday, but we do have weekend work available at a higher rate! (Mostly Sundays)
-Most work completed between 10:30 and 4 pm
-Most properties are located in Germantown, Schnitzelburg, Highlands, Crescent Hill, and NuLu one property in St. Matthews.
We're looking for the right people who can follow our checklist and perform property turnover as directed! We will gladly increase pay for team members who fit within our model and earn it! This is an outstanding flexible opportunity to work during the day and earn a nice hourly rate with little to no supervision. We WANT independent workers!
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience cleaning (Not required, but a plus!)
- High Attention to details is a must!
- Self Starters
- Reliable Show up on time, finish on time! Complete the checklist!
- Strong communicators
- Reliable transportation! You WILL need a car. TARC won't get it done!
- Those who would welcome the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something!
Responsibilities Include:
-Cleaning
-Making Beds
-Taking out Trash
-Cleaning Bathrooms
