Insurance Risk Services is seeking Independent Contractors to perform insurance based inspections in your area. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to accurately measure homes.
Must have high speed internet
A camera with a minimum of a 16X zoom and GPS capable.
Windows based computer system ( 2009 or newer)
Measuring wheel
A general knowledge of building materials and dwelling characteristics
Any potential candidate must be able to pass background check. Part time work is available in your area. Pay is based on a per inspection basis. Experience is preferred but not required. Resume preferred at the time of application.
Inspection/Survey Requirements:
⢠95% Exterior Inspections (non-appointment based inspections)
o Mix of Photo Only and Measurements
o Pay range for New Business work ranges from $8 to $15 per home inspected depending on area
⢠5% Interior inspections
o Pay ranges from $24 to $65, depending on inspection type
⢠Requires listing of any hazards/concerns
⢠Requires brief listing of major house components (roof material, wall material, etc.)
⢠Completed work is paid out every 2 weeks by direct deposit
⢠Pay is per inspection basis only
⢠Turn time for Urban orders is 5 days
⢠Majority of work will have 12 to 25-day turn times
