Job Description
Business Systems Analyst will support the Customer Experience Technology and Analytics organization. The candidate will foster relationships with key business partners across the enterprise and engage daily with IT professionals to deliver technology capabilities that will be leveraged to drive operational efficiency and improvements in customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
• Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
• Experience developing test case and executing UAT
• Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
• Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
