Kentuckiana Home Design is looking to add a Sales Manager to our Roofing, Gutter and Siding divisions.
We are looking for a true go get it person! If you are shy don't apply. We specialize in insurance claims and retail roofs, gutters and siding. We are in need of a take charge leader.
Your duties:
1. Build a sales team.
2. Knowledge of the retail and insurance side of roofs, gutters and siding.
3. ONE CALL CLOSER.
4. Ability to train winners.
5. Get on roofs and measure roofs, gutters and siding.
6. MONEY HUNGRY
7. Run provided leads ( 5 to 8 leads a week).
8. Ability to knock on doors and create leads!
