CARPENTER WORKING FOREMAN
Small Christian-owned Residential Building and Construction Company seeking the right person for the following full-time, year-round position.
CARPENTER WORKING FOREMAN with at least 10 years day in, day out, ongoing experience.
Must have understanding of layout work and framing experience.
Dependability is a MUST, as well as hard working.
Attention to detail is required.
Skill in other trades a plus.
Aluminum brake experience is a plus.
Must be competent and skilled with all tools.
Must have good work ethic, dependable transportation and phone, valid driver's license, and own hand tools.
Great co-workers, good pay. Pay based on demonstrated skill. There is always work as we are always booked at least 6 months out with confirmed contracts. Framing, custom decks, covered porches, room additions, house additions, kitchen/basement/bathroom renovations, some trim and flooring. Work is primarily east side of Louisville – Crestwood, Lagrange, and communities just east of the Gene Snyder.
