We're hiring qualified, and experienced Demolition Supervisor/Foreman! If you're looking for a great place to work with a great crew, we have immediate openings available!
This position is responsible for supervising the activities for assigned demolition scopes to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion. We are looking for someone who can lead a team and work individually. We prefer candidates who have at least three years of demolition and onsite experience in a commercial setting, but we are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications:
Ability to drive, operate, and maneuver equipment.
Ability to teach employees proper processes, skills and use of resources.
Ability to oversee and manage staff implementing construction work.
Attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints, sketches, or building plans.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with an attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
Follows established safety rules, regulations, and maintains a safe and clean environment.
Performs interior demolitions of various spaces, structures, and buildings.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry.
Dependable and reliable with excellent attendance record and ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to problem solving/troubleshoot.
Proven skill in operating at least one or more pieces of equipment such as Skid-steer, or Excavator.
Be aware of the threats posed by potentially dangerous goods such as polluting, toxic, corrosive, or explosive materials.
