ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking energetic people to pick and assemble orders in a fast-paced environment that requires physically handling products that can weigh up to 75 pounds. This is a seasonal position now through November, starting immediately.
The job is a fast-paced and challenging but that is why we love it. The love of being challenged motivates us to do our best work. REQUIREMENTS:
-Seasonal position now through November (potential for longer)

I am a current employee and my co workers and management are amazing. The managers strongly talk and exemplify the meaning of what it is to be a 'team'. Managers work very hard to coach, teach, and grow employees. They are hands on and aren't just "Desk Jockies." They stress safety and good, accurate work over 'Hurry-Hurry.' Managers do not micro manage and allow employees to get their work done, only stopping them to coach or grow them. Managers are always ready to listen to new ideas, really discuss and consider them, making the experience a learning situation by both.
The weather in a warehouse are somewhat extreme and they do many things to make it comfortable during these times. They provide hot drinks, Hoodies, Gloves and hats during cold months. Ice water, bottle water, sport drinks, snacks, and T-shirts(uniforms) in the hot months.
The growth of the company is amazing and there is room for advancement if you want it.
I would recommend the company to anyone who really wants to be a part of a family/team environment where they can grow and advance."
