Varsity Facility Services, now a KBS Company, is one of the nation's leading facility services companies.
We are seeking a self-disciplined and hardworking individual who is dependable and pays attention to detail.
Varsity Facility Services is responsible for cleaning all of the BB&T banking centers throughout the entire state of Kentucky. We need to fill this position as soon as possible!
Banks are only cleaned on Wednesdays and Fridays. This locations takes approximately 1.5 hours to clean and you are paid for drive time to/from your home.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Trash removal
*Restocking consumable supplies, low/high dusting & vacuuming all carpeted areas
*Cleaning restrooms and break room areas
*Keeping entryway glass clean and vestibule/lobby areas presentable for customer use
*Maintain inventory of cleaning and consumables
*Maintain building safety and security
*Ensure janitor closet meets Varsity safety and cleanliness standards
*Follow all company policies and procedures
*Duties may also involve climbing and/or lifting at times
The ideal candidate needs to have his/her own transportation, is one who takes pride in his/her work and is keen to promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Experience is beneficial, but not required.
