Part time, 2-4 Fridays per month with flexible hours
Talented and dedicated support team
Prefer candidates with 3+ years of oral surgery experience. Must be licensed in the State of Kentucky with no board reprimands or license issues. Prefer candidate to have Kentucky medicaid license or willing to become credentialed with. Valid DEA license and professional liability policy required.
