The concert music industry is getting busier and we are looking for some excellent drivers.There are a few things that are absolutely required.
One, you must be currently vaccinated and have the booster. This is required of all crew members. Please don't send me hate mail or your theories, I agree that it is your personal choice so let's leave it at that, but it is absolutely required by the big promoters and crews since we all work very close together plus travel frequently.
Two, you must be able to enter Canada with no prior criminal history or back child support. You will need a passport or driver passport card. if you do not have one, we are happy to help you attain one.
Three, you will be away from home for two to four months sometimes. This is not a home every weekend type of job. We are on the tour from first show to last. We go to every major city, every state, everywhere. We run all 48 states and Canada.
Four, significant others or passengers are not allowed on tour. No husband wife teams and, sorry, no pets.
The very nice thing about this job is that you are not running very hard. We average around 1800 miles a week. You are paid every single day, 7 days a week, whether you are driving or not, so even if you are sitting in a city you are still getting paid. It is very clean first class, steady work, the same load every night, no waiting in freight terminals to unload for hours!
You work around very nice people. This is like a big family. Drivers are treated very well and they feed you excellent food on show days. You are not living in truck stops, driver rooms or nasty truck stop showers. We drive very nice equipment and your truck is assigned to you! This is a very different job from hauling freight and is more of a lifestyle that drivers love.
We do run at night and sleep during the day. We hire from all parts of the United States and will fly you into one of our terminals to pick up your tractor. You are paid every single day from the day you pick up your truck until the day you turn it in.
