Assists the professional nurses by performing various patient care activities and related non- professional services necessary to meet personal and comfort needs and carry out the medical and nursing plan of care for all adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria appropriate to the following age groups: adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
Meets all physical needs of the patient in a timely manner regardless of patient assignment.
Taking vital signs accurately and documenting appropriately.
Providing comfort and hygiene measures in a timely manner.
Providing nutritional requirements in a timely manner and accurately recording intake and output.
Keeping the patient’s immediate environment clean and safe.
Keeping the staff nurse informed of patients’ conditions, response to care, and any concerns voiced.

CPR for Healthcare Providers to be completed within 30 days of hire
PCT Skills Checklist must be completed within 3 months of hire date
Previous experience preferred. CNA license preferred
Hours: Full Time Days. 7 AM - 7 PM.
