Local minority owned, sole practitioner CPA is seeking an experienced accountant to work part-time up to 20 hours per week. A CPA is preferred, but not required. The key word is experienced!
Duties will include any aspect of bookkeeping and other write-up related accounting duties. However, this person would also be expected to assist with the on-boarding process for new bookkeeping or write-up clients.
I need to be freed up from doing most of the work, as much as possible, to be more available to advise existing clients, but also do the things that will grow the firm. As a thank you for allowing me the flexibility to expand, I am willing to offer some type of bonus pay arrangement with each new client. As the firm grows, you make more money.
I am not looking for freelance or remote bookkeeping services, so please dont bother.
