Job Description
The McDaniel Agencies are on the ground floor of expansion of a Fortune 600 company. We are responsible for the hiring, training, and marketing of all of Southeast and Central Louisiana and as such we are in need of qualified candidates to assist with servicing the demand of the market. We are looking for hard working, motivated individuals in the Baton Rouge area, who are not afraid to try something new. The last year has been one of unprecedented growth with the opening of our 3rd office in the state, and with that, has broken company records! We are seeking a Worksite Benefits Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Present and offer company products and services to new and existing customers
Develop new business and service existing customers
Meet and exceed agreed upon company goals
Service and resolve customer inquiries
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
