If you're an experienced Database Developer with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, you may want to check out this terrific opportunity with Robert Half Technology. In the role of Database Developer, you'll be very involved in designing, building, and developing systems from beginning to end. Candidates must be experts on query writing and have a passion for operational development. This position is an opportunity for long-term temporary employment, based in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area.
Responsibilities
- Build a method for storing future database data
- Produce a database schema based on the type of data and application-related function
- Supply documentation and training to the Database Administrator. Also, provide training to other users when requested
- Develop, code, and implement relational databases
Requirements
- Familiar with common issues associated with database operations
- Previous experience working as a Database Developer or a related role
- General familiarity with PowerShell
- Demonstrated knowledge of T-SQL
- Command of SQL Server Reporting Services
- Adeptness in Database Administration
- Microsoft SSIS experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of SSRS
- Microsoft SSRS experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with SSRS Reports
