the administration of one or more client facing programs within a business

unit. Program administrators typically support business strategies through an

integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives.Primary duties

may include, but are not limited to:

Administers theimplementation and compliance of Commercial Risk Adjustment programs; ensuresprograms meet stated objectives; provides subject matter expertise in responseto day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practicesand remains aware of industry trends.

Searches for new innovative ways toimprove program success.

Manages relationships and partners withcorporate and regional business areas; coordinates training related to theclient facing program; develops program success measures and performs periodicassessments of external client facing program success.

Schedules, conducts andattends meetings, supports management in overall objectives, assesses costs andsavings and may assist in the payment of vendor invoices.

Complies complex dataand able to prepare and deliver presentations.

Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 2 plus years of experience in external client facing program or other healthcare related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
