Responsiblities:
Providing day-to-day support to identify and document requirements starting with business process mapping
Conducting a comprehensive evaluation to understand and document the variation of process and current operational status across the state to provide a baseline for further analysis
Developing a Baseline Completion Report with key observations and compilation of information gathering including briefings for executives or other staff to confirm inputs are correctly interpreted and clarify any observations
Develop and execute a detailed action plan for each change that requires change management and implementation work to prepare stakeholders for the future to-be state which is critical to minimizing transition challenges
Implementation Action Plan outlining the approach for implementation of the approved process
