HourlyPosition Purpose: Conduct review of delegated entities for compliance with quality, service performance and utilization, credentialing reviews and medical record audits. Perform community activities related to clinical initiatives such as health fairs and communicate with agencies and providers.Perform quality on site reviews of delegated entities, physician office/clinics, resolve quality issues, generate written summary of findings and follow up as directed by the Medical Director and/or Credentialing and Quality Improvement Committee (QIC).Document, investigate and resolve formal and informal complaints, risk management and sentinel events related to quality of care issues.Audit medical records, review administrative claims and analyze data and interventions for quality improvement studies and activitiesFunction as the primary liaison between community resources/agencies and the company related to clinical initiatives and technical guidance.Schedule and chair meetings with delegated entities in accordance with their contract.Gather data and compile various utilization and quality improvement reports.Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans.Recommend changes/enhancements to the Quality Improvement policies and procedures.Identify best practices, research new processes and recommend program enhancements.Coordinate QIC activities and monthly meetings.Oversee the enforcement of contract terms regarding data submission for delegated entities.Participate in the development of reporting and data outcome reports.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. 3+ years of clinical, quality improvement or healthcare experience. 2+ years of experience in quality function in a healthcare setting.License/Certification: LPN, LVN, RN, PA, or LCSW license preferred. This position is responsible for maintenance of office location lease agreements and records, coordination of facility maintenance and repair services for multiple office locations, as well as providing data and reporting to other internal departments related to all aspects of leasing and facilities management. This role reports to the Baton Rouge, LA office on a hybrid schedule. Job responsibilities are as follows: Responsible for accurately maintaining and communicating lease record information related to expiration dates, renewal options, and all pertinent aspects of property lease agreements for a growing company with 175+ branch offices Administrative support in the opening and relocation process of branch offices, including vendor coordination and timeline management of key tasks Work closely with landlords, property managers, branch office managers, and vendors to resolve facility maintenance issues and coordinate service needs at branch office locations. Interactions may also include working with other department managers and executives to provide detailed information and reporting related to Leasing and Facilities Management Data entry & management of lease records in Visual Lease Software lease management database Provide detailed reporting and updates related to critical lease data (financials, key dates, lease terms, etc.) Coordinate facility maintenance services as needed to support branch offices and employees Maintain ongoing records for key changes implemented at all branch locations Facilitate and support lease renewal process for existing locations Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. 5 years of work experience in a professional work environment Data entry experience with strong attention to detail Previous lease management experience preferred Must be customer service oriented with a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Position requires frequent interaction with various managers & vendors. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills. Must be Proficient with MS Word & MS Excel and know how to run required reports Must pass pre-employment assessment tests, drug screening, background and credit check.
