In need of an experienced Training Development Lead for an Oracle HCM Project. Oracle experience is a plus, but not required. The focus is more on the ability to develop training strategies and lead teams of training content developers, including offshore teams. Requirements:
Lead the development of the Training Strategy & Plan
Partner with the Oracle implementation and Change Management teams to understand training requirements, change impacts, solution functionality
In partnership with the Oracle implementation and Change Management teams, understand training requirements, persona-specific change impacts, solution functionality and prior lessons learned
Manage Training Content development.
Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) training to ConEd-identified Super Users in partnership with IBM Oracle Functional Leads
Support ConEd on end-user training delivery – planning, as well as conducting sessions
Collaborate with PMO to manage workstream in an integrated manner
