About Our Client: 22nd Century is supporting the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) in a multi-year effort to unify its early childhood systems and improve kindergarten readiness. The background need of this project is to address a fragmented early childhood system, Louisiana passed a law (ACT 3, 2012 legislative session) to unify preschool, Head Start and childcare programs into a statewide early childhood network. 5 years of experience in responsive web design & web development technologies.
UI/UX Front-end development skills – HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap.
Strong knowledge of Modular JavaScript/OOP and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Solid understanding of the capabilities of web browsers across multiple platforms
Proficiency in building cross-browser and cross-device responsive interfaces
Portfolio demonstrating clean, intuitive, and functional UX design
Must have a thorough understanding of web technologies and web architectures
Experience with CSS utilities such as LESS, SASS, Twitter Bootstrap and Compass, and JavaScript libraries like Angular, Underscore and Coffee Script.
Preferred Qualification:
3+ Years of strong Early Childhood and K-12 functional knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AngularJS and Angular 2 & above
Strong knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
Experience with data visualization tools like D3.js, Chart.js, Pixi.js, etc.
2+ years of experience creating web applications using ASP .NET MV.
