Jack of all trades needed for property maintenance. Work Orders consist of everything from lawn maintenance to lock changes to minor repairs
Pay is based on work order completion and there is no shortage of work orders
Properties are located East Baton Rouge, Livingston and Ascension parishes
Must have own transportation and be 18 years old
Ideal candidates are:
Self starters
. Motivated by money
Must be able to follow and complete written work orders
Must have the get it done attitude
Must have own transportation
