U.S. Lawns of Baton Rouge is a locally owned business seeking a full time crew leader. This position requires someone with management skills and who is dedicated to quality. Coordination, communication, and leadership skills are a must. Applicants should be able to train and develop crews through education and safety, coordinate daily field operations, and clearly communicate with clients.
We are also looking for a gardener to perform grounds maintenance to include experience with zero turn mowers, weedeaters, edgers, blowers, hedgers, and hand tools.
Great work environment with good pay and good hours. We are looking for someone who is dependable, with a strong work ethic, and someone who is on time.
Must have valid driver's license. Commercial landscaping experience is a must. We are a drug/alcohol free workplace.
