We are currently looking to hire a lawn care worker with commercial lawn care experience. If you do not have COMMERCIAL lawn care experience, please do not apply. It is the middle of the summer and you will not be able to quire the skills you will need in a reasonable time.
This job starts at $10/hr. If you answered this ad and have the experience and skills needed, we will move you to $11 /hr after the first week, giving you a training period as well as a period for to see if you have the work ethic we are looking for.
Most of our work is commercial in nature and we and our clients require a clean professional appearance. No sagging pants, no gold teeth, and clothes that do not fit in general.
You must have transportation to the meet up location at 6:00 a.m.
This is a small lawn care company so if you are used to getting on at jobs with the idea of getting lost in the crowd and not doing the job expected of you, this is not the job for you. If you are looking for an easy job, this is not one.
This job involves picking up trash, pulling weeds, weed eating, edging, blowing, and various landscaping duties. We schedule Monday through Friday, but you must be available weekends if affected by weather. Feel free to include any questions you have for me regarding pay or the work itself. How much you make beyond $11/hr is always COMPLETELY up to you. If you have the abilities and work ethic of a $12/hr employee out of the gate, after the first week you will make $12/hr.
