Real estate company is currently looking to hire a maintenance techs to begin AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Must have own tools and dependable transportation. A/C knowledge and certification would be wonderful. All of our properties are located in Baton Rouge and you will be working at any of them, any given day. Dependable transportation is a huge must! Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8AM-5PM. Great maintenance supervisor to work for too!
