BRAND AMBASSADOR/EVENT MARKETING MANAGER - Baton Rouge, LA
We are a growing Home Improvement Company that is in need of a talented "Hands-On" Manager for our Event Marketing/Brand Ambassador team! If you have experience working events, managing people and growing a business, then we want to talk to you
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and drive marketing initiatives to increase sales leads and revenue
Identify local events (trade shows, industry events, county fairs, car shows, etc.)
Manage a budget effectively and staff local events
Recruit, hire, train and develop Brand Ambassadors/Event Marketers
Requirements:
A track record of success in management and working as a Brand Ambassador/Marketer
Ideal candidates will not only be strong managers, but our best Event Marketers as well!
Strong written and verbal communication
Some experience with hiring and training is preferred
Community involvement is a plus!
