Job Summary
A Baton Rouge architectural firm is seeking an Marketing Professional / Administrative Assistant with front desk experience, computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite), experience in the preparation of responses to RFPs and RFQs and interested in "in-house" business development through social media. Job duties include:
- Front Desk
- Clerical Duties - Filing, Scanning, Mail Sorting
- Answering Telephones, Directing Calls, Switchboard Operation
- Being the face and voice of the firm, first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Assistance with bookkeeping duties
- Maintaining correspondence and documents
- Marketing
- Maintaining social media accounts and website updates
- Being proactive in generating new opportunities for firm's presence
- Use of PowerPoint, Photoshop for many presentations
- Team Player with a positive attitude
