We are a very small company in need of an office manager.

Requirements:

YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO RUN AN OFFICE - I just don't have time to hold hands much.

Great Computer/Software Skills Required:

Typing (min. 40 wpm and 10 key proficient)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)

Must be able to compose professional emails, letters and other communications with ease

Experience with Quickbooks Online, CRM Software and Dispatching Software is not required, but a plus!

You must be able to navigate our social media pages.

OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Telephone Management: Operator, customer service, scheduling/dispatching, appointment reminder calls, quality control calls, etc.

Email Management: Communicating with customers, vendors and fellow team members.

Data Entry: Quickbooks entries, creating and maintaining client records, invoicing, scanning and archiving digital records, etc.

Accounts Receivable: Receiving client payments, invoice reminders, collection calls, deposits, etc.

Business Development: Creating/Running sales reports, budgeting reports, assist in developing and shaping company workflows and processes, trade-show planning and more.

Benefits:

$16/hr starting wage (depending on experience level)

It will be your job to learn how we can offer medical/dental and other benefits because we do not currently have them but want to add them.

Preference to someone living in Ascension Parish will be given.

The successful applicant for this position will be warm, friendly, energetic, kind and personable, yet professional. They will have a good work ethic, outstanding communication skills, plenty of common sense, be able to work individually or as part of a team, and really enjoy getting things done while helping others!

The pace and demand can change from day to day - so being able to shift gears quickly, without losing focus, and having the ability to prioritize tasks by importance and efficiency is a must. We need someone that can take a task and see it through to the end with integrity.
