Mid size law firm looking for an afternoon receptionist 12:30 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday. Mitel phone system that accommodates handling of calls using the Mitel pc application. Position handles all incoming calls, greets all visitors to office, maintains office supplies, incoming mail (includes scanning when necessary) and filing as needed. Applicant should have an inviting disposition, willing to help as needed. Resume required with references. Please include a statement of why a part time position is right for you.
