As the Assistant Manager you will help us maintain occupancy, coordinate the apartment make-ready process, and provide an exceptional living experience for our current residents.
As an Assistant Property Manager you will:
Lease apartments to prospective residents
Complete leases and related paperwork
Coordinate the apartment make-ready process
Assist with Bookkeeper duties (rent collection)
Actively participate in the marketing of the apartment community to attract new residents
Work some weekends
What you need to be successful:
Confidence to lease apartments at fair market value with an ability to close the sale
Ability to work some weekends
Knack for addressing concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner
Multi-tasking skill set to efficiently coordinate the apartment make-ready process
